Biography :
Father M. Jeffery Bayhi is a native of Baton Rouge. He has been a priest for 45 years. He has a degree in Psychology, Masters degree of Divinity, and a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling. He has been a diocesan priest until his retirement from St. John the Baptist Church in Zachary in 2022. He had spent several summers with Mother Teresa in Calcutta. He has been involved in various ministries, missions, diaconate and priesthood retreats, continuing education, and prison ministry. He has written several books, produced a video on Medjugorje, and co-produced a CD with Aaron Neville on the Stations of the Cross. He has been evangelizing through his ministry, Closer Walk Catholic Communications. But his greatest passion is anti-human trafficking prevention. He founded Metanoia Manor, an organization dealing with young, trafficked girls which opened in 2018. Fr. Bayhi is a participant and presenter at the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences in the Vatican. He is a participant in the Santa Marta Group, an anti-trafficking charity. Along with Fr. Chuck Swanson, he is a founder and committee member of the Mid-South Anti-Human Trafficking Summit and a collaborator with the Order of Malta in the establishment of safe shelters for trafficked victims. Fr. Bayhi is also a participant in the Conference on Human Trafficking with the Vatican Dicastery on Human Development.

Tatiana Kotlyarenko
Biography :
Tatiana Kotlyarenko is an international expert and speaker on gender-based violence and human trafficking. She was the Advisor on Anti-Trafficking Issues at OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights from 2016-2023. She worked on the 2nd edition of the National Referral Mechanisms – Joining Efforts to Protect the Rights of Trafficked Persons: A Practical Handbook and Addressing Emerging Human Trafficking Trends and Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic, as well as providing technical support and capacity building to combat trafficking in human beings to OSCE participating states. In response to the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine, which especially impacts women and children, Tatiana conducted rapid assessment missions and provided recommendations to countries on how to prevent and address trafficking of Ukrainian women and children. In addition, Tatiana works on issues related to sexual violence in conflict. She has been the recipient of the Last Girl Awards in 2022 and is a member of BMW Responsible Leaders.

Dr. Kelsey Morgan
Dr. Kelsey Morgan is the co-founder and CEO of EverFree, a global nonprofit dedicated to ending abuse and exploitation through survivor-led, data-driven solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the anti-trafficking sector, she began her journey providing aftercare to survivors in East Africa, which led her to establish the organization 2015. While pursuing her PhD at the University of California, Irvine, Kelsey co-created the Freedom LifeMap, an innovative and validated tool that empowers survivors to define their own paths to freedom and empowers care providers to measure the effectiveness of their interventions. Under her leadership, EverFree has been recognized for its transformative work, including presentations at the United Nations and features in major media outlets. Kelsey lives in California with her family and is a passionate advocate for systemic change to combat abuse and exploitation worldwide.

To mark the 25th anniversary of the Palermo Protocol on human trafficking, the G20 Interfaith Forum, in conjunction with Praeveni Global, is holding monthly webinars leading to the G20 meeting in South Africa in November.
